From a small-town Batu Pahat, Tarmah Group started its journey since 1982. Our company was started by my both parents, Mr Philip Seow and Mrs Irene Tan. Until today it has expanded to have its own Warehouse, Services and maintenance team, Sales & Marketing team, Automation Project team, multi-branch in Malaysia and 3 overseas offices in Singapore, Cambodia and Vietnam. With all these years of grown and expending, we would specially like to thank mostly to all our valued customers, dealers, our suppliers and of course to our highly skilled employees.
The out-break of the Covid-19 virus during 2021 has affected many of our operation towards our valued customers and dealers. We have faced various challenges throughout these years but thankfully, with the understanding from the customers and our strong team people, we continue provide our good product and services to our customers. In recent years, our company had diverted our sewing machine business to a one-stop total solution company. We have been always strong in offering import and selling, refurbishment of sewing machine, repair, maintenance, spare-parts and accessories to our Garment and Non-garment customers. But now we have expanded to various segment of customers like, Curtain Industries, Home Textile Industries, Mask and Protective clothing Industries, Aeroplane Industrial, Boating Industrial, Shipping Sack Bag Industrial and many more.
Our key strength lies with our employees specifically our Marketing team and technical team who’s experienced and have multi skill level which enables the company to identify and provide remedies to any defects taking place in Operation and in Product. Our team has led the company to be recognized in the industry as the first-choice total solutions provider for industrial sewing machine and also in repairs and maintenance.
With the shortage of skilled-full workers, in coming years our company will continue to upgrade in Industrial Automation Total Solution for all our customers and dealers. We will continue to work hard to strengthen our business by developing new innovative products and improving quality product to all our customers industrials.
